Short answers for the desk. Your rates and your customer's job stay yours.
How is the price per m² set?
You type your own rates. Each quote uses the rate card saved on that quote. This app does not publish a market price per m².
How does VAT work?
VAT is the rate on your card. A new firm starts at 20%. Customer paper shows the net, the VAT and the total.
Where does scaffolding sit?
Scaffolding is a priced line when the job includes it. It is your figure for access, not a scaffold design.
What about the 25% rule and building regulations?
More than 25% of the whole building envelope can be a major renovation under Part L. A quarter of one wall is not that test. Insulated render covering more than half of one elevation is the wall test a quote can see. The quote does not measure floor, roof and openings as one envelope, it does not confirm a U-value, and it does not say the work is notifiable by itself.
What does the customer see?
They open one link in your company name, with your logo when you have saved one. The price on that page stays as it was sent. They can type their name to accept. Private notes stay off that page.
What if I have no signal?
A quote started offline stays on this device. Open the same page when you are back in range and Continue saves it to your account.
How do team codes work?
The owner makes a code and gives it to the office or the crew. The app does not email that code.
How do I get support?
Email support@rendersim.co.uk. That inbox is for help, privacy and deleting an account.
